It's an AIM thing. There's a special treatment for inheritance tax for AIM shares, and it's thought that this treatment may change.

There's a degree to which I think this may be good news. Perhaps a solid business emerging which can afford to push, a little, on margins.

I think the results suggest that they've finally thrown off the Brown shackles. Far from sure, but good signs. The likely upcoming focus on NatWest's
I guess nobody thinks the IP is that amazing as the company could easily be bought. Having sat on 10x profits and not sold I'm obviously disappointed.
